Whilst you may not particpate in the 'Lotto' can I recommend you visit their award site and vote for something close to my heart ... the Renaissance of Portsmouth Harbour, which includes the Spinnaker Tower.

Yep it was a big Millennium Project, but it kicked started a much better Portsmouth... we are no longer Southampton's poor relation! Portsmouth has grown up and moved on from its days dominated by the Naval Dockyard, we look towards the future and embrace our lovely waterside location. We also let Gosport in on the act as part of this project for their side of the harbour.
