It's a Small World ...

Things are hotting up for my holiday destination for next year … looks like I’ll be staying western Ontario at a international Guide Camp as a session leader for Science & Technology at Canadian Mosaic! From the gumpf on the website I thought I couldn’t be a session leader as I can’t do any face to face meetings before the camp … but contacted them to see if they were taking international crew and what I did job & Guiding wise. I’ve been told to apply as a session leader rather than core crew (loos & cooking) .. so that’s what I’m doing tonight ?. I did debate SAGGA camp in Sweden, but to make it worth it I’d need to go for a week; but as Tom won’t go I’d be longing for him to be there … at least with this he can’t be there!

Should be cool if I get to do pop bottle rockets, bridge/ tower building and other stuff of a science & tech nature! Hmm must try and think of some new sci & tech to try out on the Brownies .. hmm Cupboard Technology book (a SWE challenge from 2003) should be good for more inspiration.
