Exam over :)
The exam has been sat, easily done enough to pass just gotta wait for the result now.
I’d not sat a proper exam in 9 years before today! My wrist was a little sore after 2 hours of solid writing. I suppose its good practice for my civils (next likely time to have to do lots of writing in a fixed period). I’m also really tired (I think that a bit of a left over from yesterday’s escapade to IOW), despite 1 pint of cola (Dr T & I went to Lloyds in Town afterwards for lunch) and part mug of coffee since the exam. Unsurprisingly I’m not really in the mood for much work this afternoon (and it’s quiet due to leave/ sickness today in my section).
Oh well its now the downhill slope to hols :), although work seems to be already springing in that ‘you’re just about to go on hols’ way.
Back to work … next event; Red Blobs (previously tabard blobs) invade tomorrow night as we show them what Yellow blobs do. Stained glass windows are to be produced (cunningly by snowflake style for ease with the red blobs, as worked out by our YG for her warrant (with some inspiration from her dad)). Will I survive a Red blob invasion? Will I make any of them cry? Will they be able to do up their shoelaces (although it does seem to test a couple of our yellow blobs!)? Watch this blog!

Red Blobs?
I'm obviously out of touch.
aka Rainbows. They've changed their uniform from tabards in the colour of the rainbow to red with a light blue 'accent'. Hence Red Blobs, like Brownies are Yellow Blobs.
Yes I understood that you were refering to a change in the Rainbow uniform, (I'm a software engineer- it's not about knowing things but about understanding things in context) just saying I was up until this point unaware of the change.
