Not on site as thought, a message was left on my mobile whilst I shopped in Asda last night, alas I didn’t find this out until I put my mobile into my fleece pocket on site this morning at 0810hrs …. Hmph I could have had extra bed time! Oh well means I can leave early on Friday without loosing any time over the week hopefully.

I’ve seemed to have spent the morning doing rather boring paperwork type stuff, mainly diary write up for the site visits last week. This is a rather boring and monotonous task (not aided at times with me having to work out what I’ve written!) Mind you this task is made bearable and doable by the addition of some tunes in my ears .. in the form of fav CD of the weekend’s travelling in the car of Metallica’s S&M. This is a live CD of Metallica tracks, but with the San Fran Symphony as well, therefore is a more mellow sound and wonderful to listen to on a good system (like my car’s) as you can hear all the parts around the songs, with the orchestra enhancing the tunes along with the usual guitars and drums. It’s currently my only Metallica CD, this will probably change in the not too distance future there are definite favourites I’ve formed from this album, I just want to hear them in the original version first (cue my Metallica loving friends and her preferences, due to being a kin to my music tastes, hmm will they be playing Metallica to the twins before they are born to prepare them?).

Unfortunately as vans aren’t generally know for their CD players I shall not have it this weekend and will be returning to the MD player with cassette adapter for the way up. Dr T’s iAudio (MP3 for you and I) player will be providing the tunes on the way back with some more recent stuff (including some of my CD collection!).

Better slog back with diary stuff :(
