Well finally I calmed down from the earlier annoyance concerning the car and the concrete pour being delayed once more to tomorrow morning ...

but as I feel that this week is going to continue on its bad streak (progress & programme meeting for site tomorrow) and I wasn't due to see Dr T for 3 weeks and was in need of one of his fab hugs (he's always been the best hugger even before I was biased) ... so as I don't want it to endure the drive with my door tied with a bootlace (the only way it stays shut in motion) with added ventilation I will be hiring a car ('cos it cheaper than the cheapest train ticket I can get to arrive at a vaguely decent time) .... so I'm hopefully booking a honda civic ('cos I want to have a bigger car if only for a little while .. and its one of the possible for the eventual replacement for the little devil) through e-sixt on their winter warmer deal! Wahoo a new car (if only for a weekend) and a last minute visit for Dr T's birthday (which is tomorrow... but I will not remind you all how old he will be .... but he will still be older than me!)

So now I'm feeling a lot happier than I was before .....
