Catch Up ...

Life has been full of sorting out it seems lately ... first it was re-arranging the furniture in the living room so we get more heat into the room from the second radiator (which used to have a comfy chair in front) ... then my crafty stuff so all the same sort of bits are together. ... the kitchen and bedroom are on the hit list ...

Then at work is was similar as I moved desks on Friday .... Coastal ended up being a bit on limb after my boss retired and my previous boss had completed his project... we're now in the middle of Highways ... as I've not really worked for anytime at my re-located desk I'll see how things go, but certainly it will be a bit more noisy, more people traffic ... but that's good I think as it was a bit library like if you were on your own ... we shall see....

I've also been busy with the winds we've been having as they led to us closing floodgates and then monitoring water levels (which all had a positive surge on them ...). Bring on some nice weather! Then on Friday we had timber on our minds as the Ice Prince load has reached the Isle of Wight and we might have a big bundle heading to Portsmouth depending on wind direction (but generally it should land further east) so may get called out over the weekend. Unsurprisingly I'm up on 'Receiver of the Wreck' info ....
