D'oh ... giggle

It seems I finally have received my A/ac (confirmation of my holiday paperwork) form back for EuroDisney (I was starting to get concerned as its taken ages to be processed). Dr T found amusement with it though, as the sender had crossed through the correct address on my SAE and changed it to the weird address someone else submitted for my address that’s completely wrong (I wouldn’t say our concrete patch is a Garden, and the end part of the postcode was part Guide Guider and part YL/YG. But it does mean I know county post for Guiding!). As if I wouldn’t know my own address ?!?!

I’ve lost count how many times (I was doing it monthly for a while) I’ve put in my correct address for it to be noted and changed … its been going over 2 years (so thats 1 directory I definitely submitted the address change (the 1st one is where it warped from my then correct to this wierd addy), for it to be ignored). Heck, I make a point of telling people my address is incorrect and give them the correct one … only for them to use the directory one. It seems from the county senior section addy list check that the person has changed for doing the addy list (she was at the meeting), and mine was correct!!! Yippee that bugbear will have passed.
