Yeah! Top Gear is back on our screens.
They started the series with amongst other things the Top Gear Car Survey results (available on the Top Gear Magazine website, other motoring magazines are available).

Down to the important stuff …

My sister’s car is at 125 (above Dad’s) but sitting not too badly for the french rubbish they produce now!

My car is No.9 (just pipping mum’s, which is No. 10 I believe). More impressive is that of the 3 non- japanese cars in the top 10, are all Skodas!

This should please M&W who recently changed their 158th place 307 (which it deserved on the basis of the issues they had hence the change) to a 9th placed Fabia (estate after mine, but different colour!).

I have to say the “Fab” having recently passed the 2 year mark is still giving me lots of pleasure (mainly through my right foot lowering a bit), no hassle …. I can’t see myself changing it for a good many years.
