Oh dear is seems I have fallen into the big hole in the Pilot GGUK procedure for CRB forms. I was distracted when filling it in and made a mistake on the 1 form (and 1 form only) they sent me from Region Headquarters. I've e-mailed RHQ them asking for another form, hopefully I won't be distracted when completing and be able to send back to them. Oh for the Scout process with these forms ... it would have all been sorted back in August that way ... and we could have made a mistake and still completed it in the night (assuming you have a stack fo forms to start with!).

I'm still not convinced on the ethics with regards to them (RHQ) filling in the ID section when the DC checked it, but as I can't make it to either the Div or District meeting in this session (due to a Guider Training and ICE training respectively) I shall phone the Div Commissioner direct for the answer.
