Hmm re-read the notes and I think I can still use the form they sent ... but I still think the GGUK method for CRB forms is very longwinded. When I showed Dr T the high quality guidance form I was sent (a photocopy of a form with the fictional Jemima Puddleduck filled in by hand), Dr T was however sent the proper booklet with his form but nothing as produced as the SA A4 number .... I have to confess that if I have any CRB queries I use the Scoutbase CRB bit of website as its full of CRB info
