Tonight I have been a busy bee. Its amazing how much a parental visitation (my mum) can make you tidy things up at home. I was even hoovering! This is more because when I moved upstairs the place didn't have a hoover :( unlike downstairs but I decided that I would treat myself. I have been the proud owner of a rather funky looking 'Orb' for a little while and I've never had such a well hoovered flat, it could be because I treated myself to a HEPA filter bagless number so hence an evening/ day of sneezing is no longer accompanied by me hoovering my flat hence I willingly hoover these days. Mind you this also makes Dr T (but then so does chocolate).

I still have some bits to sort out but mum isn't due to arrive until 10am and she appreciates the lived in look (which is good as I have various piles of bits to go in the loft when I get the longer ladder and walk it home with Dr T from B&Q (10mins down round and doesn't fit in car:() next weekend)

Have an enjoyable weekend, things no doubt will descend as my mother is being let loose on her own ..... so she'll be like a teenager by the time she leaves Sunday morning!
