Spent an enjoyable saturday lunchtime appreciating beer at the Lufbra Beer Festival. No real shining stars amongst the selection but I did have a half of one of my favourite tipples, Summer Lightning.
The rest of the weekend was spent genreally lazing about .. and doing my sewing as I got a tapestry of some dragonflies Friday lunchtime ... so I will be distracted for a little while with that. Watched Fellowship of the Ring again but this time it was on a 69" screen! 'Cos Tom's now got a projector to screen his DVDs and TV .... so we also had Casualty at 69"! That size fits nicely between his speakers on the blank bit of wall between them, who needs large rear projection screen when you can have this for a fraction of the cost and nowhere near the same size!

Meanwhile in my exciting work life I have another project to supervise for the next couple of weeks as we have the Berth 5 maintenance dredge .. what excitement I hear you all not cry! But alas due to my hectic social life I can't do the OT at the weekends because I'm away .... so one of my colleagues has that lovely task!

Also having checked the car again on Friday, it would seem also today I will need to go into battle with Perrys about my sunglasses (and demister pad which also has walked from the driver's side door). Can their incompetence reach new heights?
