Went and pinged some bits of pointy metal at the straw last night, some good rounds and some bad rounds .. oh well. It was a very jolly affair last night in the casemate (where we shoot) with Jean (a bloke) playing his longbows (think double bass) and lots of musical puns flying about. As you can guess we aren't deadly serious and most of us are there for the enjoyment of archery, which is why we have such a friendly atmosphere.
Afterwards it was round Sam's for coffee, pancakes and pictures of dodgy bathroom ceilings! Left somewhat later so just check the mail and collapsed into bed.

This weekend its up north for the Lufbra beer festival :) ... and hopefully the petrol comsumption is as it should be as my car seemed to have guzzled it last week ...
