Woo Hoo ....

Tonight we were turfed out the hall for Brownies so re-located to Bowlplex @ Gunwharf for ten pin bowling during Brownie time...

So 3 lanes with 6 Brownies & a Guider each! So most of the brownies opted for gully bumpers (which these days you can programme in!) but we had one that didn't ... but still managed a spare!

But of course we Guiders being all bumperless weren't quite as high scoring as the Brownies ... but the important bit ... I beat Kestrel (and Snowdrop) ... we didn't care, we just didn't want Kestrel to sneak up and beat us ;). We all had a good time and I really enjoyed myself (although needed the eyes in the back of the head a lot) as I've not gone bowling for at least a couple of years now! I think I need to sort out some Bowling for Dr T and me sometime ... or maybe as a Solent activity...

Best of all I got a strike in the last round ... I was a little happy and as we were running a bit late I did the celebration infront of a few parents .... I have no shame!!!!
