Time for the chop ...
I’ve booked myself a haircut on Friday after work, with our former YG, G (so a chance to catch up as well). The hair is at lean back and sit on it length so bugging me. I’d also like a change of look, but not quite sure what I want. At least I know that G is a good hairdresser (and always has been since she started training), if you ask her for 2 inches off that’s what you’ll get! So she’s built herself up a nice regular client trade.
So I’m planning a chop to about shoulder length …. But beyond that I’m stuck. If you have any ideas you think would look nice with my thick (and so takes ages to dry) hair feel free to put links in your comments! I shall of course ask G for some ideas (as she knows me well from Guiding days as one for the practical little fuss look!).

And how are we fairing with the new shorter hair?
Still getting used to it being wavy (last time it was this short it didn't have layers and my hair seems to get more wavy the older I am?!?!?)
Already tucking it behind ears, but it doesn't look bad like that. But it does windswept very well!
Worst bit? I notice the grey a lot more!!! I think you used to notice the length then the grey, now you notice the grey first. I think I may be getting some chemical help in the bathroom soon!
