Well spoke/ mailed my principal engineer in his role as head of the consultancy and have a meeting arranged for thursday pm. When I came over to his desk this afternoon to sort out the meeting (the e-mail was sent earlier when he was busy & I was just about to escape out onto site) he had a reaction as if to say 'oh, things have got bad haven't they'. Fortunatley I think/ feel he's the sort of boss who doesn't want his employees to be unhappy so will try to get the issues resolved (and I feel doesn't get on too well with fav person). To add to the spice the results of our staff survey for the consultancy are going to be published in the next week and in a similar style to the Hutton Inquiry he and the assistant City Engineer will see if before general consumption & to team leaders (which includes fav person).... and fav person was in a foul mood this morning due to the move (despite everyone bending over backwards to make sure we were the one section that would be operational first thing this morning, some people are never pleased!)
On a happier note it would seem the person I used to sit next to (but now has to suffer sitting next to fav person) did think something was up on friday and that I wasn't happy about things, so he encouraged me to go over to David to get a meeting set this afternoon.
So in the meantime I shall try to keep calm (hard when fav person is sorting stuff out immediately behind you and making petty comments a la J whilst doing it) until thursday so I can be level headed and get everything out that needs to be sorted and get stuff resolved.
Better stop going on about work and chill a bit before sorting out some bits for Brownies tomorrow about my international trips for the badge we are doing this term.
Hmm wonder how things are going for Dr T this week, who's playing with a MRI, a shaking stick (well if I write what it actually does Mad will be websensed!) & some poppy seeds in an Anglian University city ... I'm sure it means something to him .... just not to me!
