This Life?

While I escaped to the Homeland, Dr T didn't just play computer games and eat pizza, he also finally watched all the new 'This Life' episodes he'd recorded over the previous week.

This led to an interesting 3 way, 2 room conversation; it when something like this:

Sister:What's Tom doing?
Caz: Playing Computer games, eating pizza & catching up on 'This Life'
Mum: oh we watched the new 'This Life'
S: Are you sure it was 'This Life'
M: Yes, we liked the first 2 series
S to C (whispered): She can't be right, its got them all taking cocaine and other dodgy stuff
S: The one with Egg in?
M: Oh Yes...

Lets just say my sister was little shocked to realised our parents (well probably just mum, dad probably slept through it) watched such things. I was a bit surprised, but not really anywhere as amazed as my sister, considering where and when they were at Uni (we only were given 2 rules, stay within the money you're given and don't get arrested; so they didn't ask what we got up to, so they didn't have to say what they got up to in the late 60s in London).

Having recalled this conversation last night on the way to the supermarket, Dr T felt it was unlikely that his mum would have watched it... so would/ did you parents watch 'This Life'?
