Tempus Fugit
Walking back through Woolies after work to get back onto the main shooping street in Portsmouth I saw a particularly fab sleepsuit that my best mate's baby may find himself being bought .... don't ask me why but my eye caught kid age sizes on the hangers (the princess outfits so favoured by Dr T's niece, as worn in the supermarket) and my mind turn to how long I'd been with Dr T. I then had a bit of a OMG OMG moment! For I realised that come April I'll have been with Dr T for 5 years! I took us 7 years to get together mind you, so don't expect any major annoucements anytime soon. Besides we'll of only lived together for 18months when we celebrate (hopefully) 5 years together.
These nice thoughts were however thwarted by my journey home on the bus, where two pompey yoof school girls (as the bus pulled away I saw that they were still in uniform) wanted us to hear their whole conversation. I was sat at one of the frontmost seats and they were on the back seat! Oh how I wish someone closer would of told them to zip it (the woman behind me on the bus was saying what I was thinking), the worst bit was when they started to sing (it wouldn't have been out of place in an unsuccessful x-factor audition). Oh the joys of living in Pompey where the majority of the yoof are like this; lacking any ettiquette, manners or intelligence.
